BEST SILICONE FOR YOUR LUST WITHOUT REMORSE

We want you to be able to enjoy your pleasure without regrets. That's why we only use the best silicones for our toys.

But what is silicone anyway? Silicone or silicone rubber is the name given to inorganic, synthetic elastomers that are made from cross-linked polymer chains, known as poly(organo)siloxanes, and reinforced with fillers. Silicones offer unique combinations of chemical and mechanical properties that organic elastomers cannot achieve. These properties make silicones ideal materials for a wide range of applications. Silicones are divided into several groups. There are 1-component silicones, such as those we know from hardware stores, which are used for plumbing work and in construction. And there are 2-component silicones, which are mixed from 2 components in order to vulcanize (cross-link). 2-component silicones are again divided into 2 groups, of which there are 2 subgroups. Firstly, there are condensation-curing silicones, which require an organotin catalyst and always release by-products and shrink during vulcanization. (These cannot be used for our products!)
Secondly, there are addition-curing silicones, which crosslink using a platinum catalyst and do not produce any by-products. They are odorless and tasteless as well as biologically inert(*). Both groups are available as those with high-temperature crosslinking (HTV) and those with room temperature crosslinking (RTV).

We only use 2-component, addition-curing RTV silicones with a platinum catalyst!

These always come from German or European production. As described above, these are odorless and tasteless as well as biologically inert(*). In addition, they are water-repellent, extremely dimensionally stable, have a long service life, even under chemical and mechanical unfavorable influences, are heat-resistant and cold-flexible.

Our products are therefore completely harmless to health and you will enjoy them for a long time!

About the hardness levels

There is a very wide range of strengths for 2-component RTV silicones, depending on what they are intended for.

To make your toy as comfortable and exciting as possible, you can choose between 4 hardness levels from super soft to medium firm, in addition to the many different sizes.

Hardness levels for flexible materials are given in Shore hardness A (ShA). For our toys, hardness level 1 corresponds to approx. ShA-00 (almost as soft as marshmallows), hardness level 2 approx. ShA-08 (somewhat comparable to fresh, soft wine gums), hardness level 3 approx. ShA-13 (slightly firmer wine gums) and hardness level 4 approx. ShA-21 (about as firm as average licorice). You can also express it differently: A toy with a diameter of 5.0 cm can be compressed to approx. 3.0 cm without much effort in hardness level 1, to approx. 3.6 cm in hardness level 2, to approx. 4.1 cm in hardness level 3 and to approx. 4.5 cm in hardness level 4. So the softer a toy is, the smaller it feels. In the super soft version, you can easily choose your toy 0.5 to 1.0 cm larger than what you are used to. (*)inert = Inert materials do not release any substances under normal conditions and do not react with the environment.
