SHIPPING & PAYMENT CONDITIONS

We send our toys as an insured package with DHL as standard. You will of course receive your shipment in absolutely neutral packaging and the sender is also completely harmless. It is: Designwerkstatt Lippe - Frank Bäßler, Hagensche Str. 169, 32791 Lage. So you don't have to worry that the parcel carrier or your neighbors will get any stupid ideas. And if you want to be absolutely sure that your package does not fall into the wrong hands, we are happy to deliver it to a packing station. Please provide the number of the packing station and your postal code.

You can find the shipping costs for your region in the list below. For goods worth over €200, we will cover the shipping costs for you. And if you would like a different shipping method, just write to us using the contact form, we can almost always find a solution.

And another important note: We manufacture our toys according to your individual wishes. Keeping all possible variants, and that's several thousand, would not be possible for spatial and financial reasons. Since we only manufacture to order, our products cannot be exchanged. This limits your normal right of objection. If you agree to this, you must confirm this before paying. If you do not want this, we will not start production until after the two-week objection period has expired.
